Levada composed of a channel in granite stone, built in order to conduct water from the various tributary water lines of Ribeira da Beja to the village of Canadelo, where it is used for agricultural purposes and in everyday activities. It has an extension of several kilometers, being used as a pedestrian path for recreational and sporting purposes (unofficial – Rota da Levada). Upon arrival at the village center, it ends in a stone tank that serves as a reservoir for the population.
